Synopsis: Several lucky authors are invited to an exclusive New Years’ Eve celebration at Faramond House. The old mansion and its owner, rich with history and painful memories, open a delightful world of wonder and renewal to their guests. Scheherazade hopes to finally meet her mysterious pen pal, Cyrano, and find out whether it’s possible to have fallen in love through letters.
Running through the fun and games, however, Scheherazade finds a thread of tragedy still playing out. When the tone of Cyrano’s letters changes and people begin to turn up dead, Scheherazade finds herself on a dizzying trail of secrets leading to the very heart of Faramond House and its occupants, a ghost and an active killer among them.
